I actually have always loved this store. However, a few weeks ago I had a horrible accident in your store cutting my baby finger on a broken coffee jar that was placed in the back of the coffee pods I was trying to reach. It required 5 stiches and I still have no feeling in the finger. Your insurance group investigated and said Walmart had no responsibility and felt a customer put it back there after breaking the glass There is a case file. Ok fine. But now they are offering somebody 1,000 dollars to fill out a survey. If this fine company would have shown the same care to the stress and

I'm from out of town and Poway is the best Walmart I have seen away from my own town. Needed some items quickly for our daughter's wedding. I was able to find everything I needed. Better because they still have fabric and sewing supplies. When #1600 was remodeled they did away with most the fabric and sewing section.

Their grocery pickup is the worst. You will wait at least 20-30 from the time you pull up to even get your order brought to your car. The workers are slow as molasses. No effort. No efficiency. Car after car waiting for pick up and at the most 2 workers are bringing orders out. Get it together Walmart or just stop offering grocery pick up.
