Made an online order tonight, when I got there my order hadn’t been made yet but when I received it it was dripping from the top melting. I was disappointed in the cotton candy explosion (I ordered a pint). Barely any candy pieces so just cotton candy ice cream.

Placed an online order and still had to wait in the regular line because there is no separate line for online pickups. When I finally got to the window, the employee didn’t even ask for my name and just made an order she saw on the screen. I watched her making something but assumed it was for someone else. When she brought it to the window, I told her that wasn’t my order. She said there were no other orders. Another employee then asked if I was DoorDash. Love their BYOB deal on Thursday's! I got 1 new flavors on my Banana Split and it was a Fantastic creation made by Sarah I love this Bruster's and it's convenient location. I've been going to this Bruster's since it opened. I had White Turtle, Graham Central Station and Chocolate with Pretzel Pieces! Sarah's only 3rd day on the Job! Kudos!!
