Upon entering, Clarissa greeted me with warm welcomes, I ordered the curry laksa. Coming to find out, Chef Michel had lived in Malaysia (my home country) for about 11 years. I trusted his experience in Malaysian cooking more as the flavors are very complex. The food was delicious. It hit the spot for me. It tasted as authentic as it can get in my fair opinion.
