Was served boiling hot coffee which was burned. Went back in after 5 min and the girl gave me a ton of attitude saying this was given to you 20 min ago. I was in the parking lot waiting for coffee to cool a bit. It was stale coffee reheated. Worst customer service ever.

Tried getting a macchiato at 7:35 pm. They close at 9. And they told me they couldn’t make it because the machines were already being cleaned.

This is the only DD when i can get my coffee. I have a DD about 2mns from my house but i rather drive all the way to exit 25 (i am by Naugatuck Valley Community College) to get it from this place. I work in Meriden and used to buy it over there however idk what happened 😐 that they started to make my coffee nasty. Mess up on my oders all the time. Asked for hazelnut shot and would give me a coffee tasting like pumkin spice 😫. Tried an other DD in Meriden and they never ever put sugar in the coffee even though i always ask for 6 sugars. Out of like 20times i went there ild say 2 maybe 3 times

I’m sorry but please don’t hire someone to be a manager if they can’t do simple math. I purchased hasbrowns 1donut and mid strawberry lemonade. The lady that works there said total was $9.23 I gave her a $10 She accidentally gave me back $4.77 I’m not the type to pocket the money so I was honest and told her I should have gotten back just 77¢ and it might have been a mistake.. her manager comes right away to deal with the situation and says it was 11.23 instead and I need to pay more. So I gave them $2 extra and I’m waiting for my change back, she waits for me to give her another $10 bill.. l
