I recently visited PiANTA and found the food to be exceptional. Highlights included the Elote, which was perfectly charred, and the Steak & Cheese Egg Rolls, which offered a savory, satisfying flavor. The Crispy Brussels were well-prepared with a nice balance of acidity, and the Lentil Bolognese provided a deep, hearty profile. I always have the most incredible experience every time I dine with Pianta and I’ve been dining at Pianta since it opened. The food is phenomenal and the Pianta team is so welcoming and friendly. I am so thankful for the experience tonight for the Valentine’s Day Journey. Each of the seven courses was phenomenal. I loved that each course was inspired by cuisines from different countries. Some of the best food I've ever had. We had the egg rolls (which were out of this world), patas bravas, roasted carrots, and country chicken. Everything was perfect and the flavors were so good. Service was fast and friendly. Can't recommend this place enough, yum!
