Yes, we love steakhouses! Capital Grille is a “must see” on the list of great steakhouses. Certainly top 5 (though hard to beat Ruth Chris’!) Service by Pedro was excellent…-as was all the staff there. A large restaurant, though it felt nice. A bit uneven temperature (hot and then cold and then warm). Food was top shelf! Suggestions by our waiter were appreciated and well placed. Plates were warm, hot and sizzling would have been best. Dessert…coconut cream pie…WOW!!!!!

AMAZING... From the moment your greeted by the Valet, to when you are greeted by the hostess, to when you are seated you know a phenomenal dining experience is going to happen. Our server Matthew was as professional a server as I have ever had. The appetizers we had prosciutto, crab meat, tuna tartar were great. The steaks were cooked to perfection. And yes—valet parking is free, but the team definitely deserves a good tip for their great service!
