This is not just a great gluten free bakery, but a first class bakery that just happens to make gluten free everything. I don't live close, but I still find myself visiting at least once a month. The staff are so friendly and helpful with suggestions or explanations of what's in the case. I take all my friends visiting from out of town here whether they eat gluten or not. I'm the only gluten free eater in my family, but everyone is happy when I make a stop at Ambrosial Bakery. Being gluten free can be so disappointing but this bakery makes it feel alright. Everything, and I mean everything, that I've tried here had been quality and delicious. Amazing gluten free bakery! Dairy free and vegan options also available here! They always have a variety of pastries, cookies, hand pies, cinnamon rolls, pretzels etc - something for everyone - salty or sweet. They also have take and bake items (rolls, etc). Love this place so much! If you are dairy free, I highly recommend the dairy free silk cookies!

Amazing dedicated gluten free bakery! So nice to not have to worry about anything I get there wreaking havoc on my system. Everything I've gotten has been so delicious, I want to eat it all at once (they are huge portions)! Love the idea of a rotating menu with a handful of staple items. The owner and workers are very friendly and helpful. I just have to stop myself from going every week cause it is too good! If you haven't yet, it's well worth a visit.
