I went for food tonight and we waited for like 5 minutes for our order to be taken and then about another 10 to be given our food while waiting at the window alone the toast was not cooked at all and was like they just took bread from the bag and called it a day the fries super soggy and the chicken strips are super small normally I love canes but tonight they sucked do better especially if I’m paying 15 dollar for this

They got my whole order wrong, but I went in and the were super nice. Chris really hooked it up for me. Love this canes, they never miss a beat. This is the first time they ever got my order wrong but I was so pleased by the customer service.

This place is always hoppin. I love grabbing some food to go here, because it's Canes! I wouldn't recommend staying because it really is always busy. Sometimes my order is a bit inaccurate but otherwise its a great spot.
