This was my first time at a Solar Roast establishment and we couldn't have been more impressed. The atmosphere was extremely inviting, the staff was amazing, friendly and helpful and it was very comfortable sitting and enjoying our purchases. The menu was diverse with many different food and beverage options and the staff was very attentive. Lots of great options to choose from. This particular location supported patio seating as well as open indoor eating. What a lovely experience! It was our first time coming to Pueblo and Ray at Solar Roast was so kind and accommodating! We will be coming back for sure! There is a wonderful gluten free bagel and a veggie bagel sandwich that can easily be made vegan by swapping humus for the cream cheese! Loved it!
