I called the restaurant during business hours and they never picked up the phone. Their hours online showed 6am-2pm. I placed a pickup order through Grub Hub which showed that they were open for pickup. Went to go pick up food at 1:30 sign said open but doors were closed went up to the window and there were people inside and then they turned off the open sign. Completely unprofessional if you choose not to be open make sure the outlets you use are notified. They simply just didn’t want to work

Placed a pickup order when I arrived lobby doors were locked so I had to wait in line waited in line about 15 min as I was talking to the employee I got a notification that my order has been cancelled. When I asked the employee why it was cancelled he brushed it off by saying “oh just the manager” I love the food and couldn’t remember why we haven’t been here in a while but today was the prime example of why they lost our business

What a joke this place has become I used to go here every single week and order south or the boarder fries there's amazing food and one employee a young dude is very very good worker but the chick that thinks shes all that and has attitude and is to lazy to do her job just cost this place my business the lazy thot was to busy texting then says "we dont do tap to pay" even tho I have used it every single time before what a shame ill be back once they remove her im sure it'll be soon the way she treats regular customers

I just went through the drive-through at taco stop on Abriendo and I want you to know that the young man working at them window was quite terrible. Very rude. Had a hoodie over his head could barely speak handed me my food out the window like he was shoving it at me. It’s hard to believe that the taco was not even put together the tacos were thrown in a box and all the meat and everything outside of the shell. I just don’t understand this kind of bullshit so I call back. Nobody answers the phone because I want to find out who the owner is so I can have a conversation with the owner I won’t be
