Ordered a simple $5 McDouble meal for counter pickup, get into my car and drive away. I reach into my bag and I don’t feel any fries so I pulled it out and this is how many fries I was served, none spilled in the bag. McDouble tasted good and I know it’s a value meal, but come on at least fill up my little bag of fries, I didn’t order a happy meal!

Some consistent issues with this establishment. Integrated Armored Courier Orders - Please order more coins in advance. Seems like 50% of the time you have no coins. Night Shift - Add incentives to working night shift. I've seen many franchise owners having $1+ bonus hourly wage for overnights in San Antonio, Detroit, and El Paso. You will actually save more money, as customers wouldn't experience any extended wait times. Management issues - Please figure out how to balance profits and people and customer satisfaction. Drive-thru Sunday morning. Sausage McMuffin with egg. The sausage is burned completely dry and sort of hard. Also, I didn’t take a bite before this photo. That’s how it looked when I unwrapped it. I get breads can come out deformed from the packaging. Throw it out! A person actually looked at this burned sausage AND this 1/2 top of muffin and said to themselves “looks great”. Then put it in a bag for a customer. I have found all McDonalds are far worse than in the past but this is pathetic. I stopped here because I was in a hurry. Thank you McD’s for reminding me why I avoid you.

Girl at the window told me to park for the food and they completely forgot about me - What the hell ??? And when I finally received my order, it looked rushed, the bacon was like 2 inches, and it was probably old as well. So I Waited 30 minutes for my bacon quarter pounder, large fry, and 3 sweet and sours, that was rushed and badly made. UNACCEPTABLE. The guy told me that they were goofing off, or having a party I think. Do better management.
