If I could give zero star, I would! Just like what other reviewers said they always got the order wrong. I don’t think they even know how to properly make a decent Dunkin’ Donuts drinks. I always taste more cream and milk even when I didn’t order latte, I feel they always got the proportion wrong/missing a key ingredient. I ordered the same drinks (coffee and matcha) from other Dunkin’ Donuts stores, they didn’t taste the same as drinks from this location. Another thing is that the store smells bad, not sure if it’s mold or the cleaner. This is the second time I smell it, I don’t think I will

UPDATE: I’ve been diagnosed with a Shiga toxin–producing E. coli (STEC) infection after dealing with several days of serious stomach issues. I don’t make accusations lightly, but after going through everything I ate and did, this location is at the top of my concern list. I hadn’t eaten outside food for over 2 weeks except for a visit here. All other meals were home-cooked and shared with multiple people—none of whom got sick. They messed up my whole order and they were being disrespectful. Don’t come here and go to a different Dunkin’ Donuts. This is the worst location I was ever at.

This Dunkin’ Donuts actually sucks. Their cash register and card machine wasn’t working. But then they had the audacity to not be helpful at all and try the other register. They are extremely rude and insulting. If you can help it don’t go there.
