Bought a cheesecake with fresh strawberries on top, for my wife's birthday .Took it home and I discovered that there was fungas(mold) on several of the strawberries.This was an extremely disappointing experience .Tried reaching out to the bakery but they were closed for four(days) due to the power situation in NYC When we finally got onto them and explained the situation ,the person who identified himself as 'peter' was very dismissive and wanted to see the cake before a store credit was issued.I explained to him that I do not want store credit since I wasn't comfortable given this experie

they sell the worst Cake in the New York City. The taste was so bad that after having one spoon from each slice of cakes I threw them out to the garbage.This was the worst cake i have ever eaten in my entire life.There owner and baker needs to try Marthas cake atleast once in there life to know about how the cake tastes like. I love coming to this bakery—it’s definitely one of my go-to spots. The workers are amazing, always so kind and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. The atmosphere is really nice and comfortable, it just has a good vibe every time I go. I always get a bacon, egg, and cheese on a roll and it’s consistently so good. You can tell everything is fresh and made right. And the treats? Don’t even get me started—the cookies and cakes are fire. If you’re looking for a place with great food, good energy, and friendly people, this is it. Very classy. 10/10 everyone and everything.

Ordered a 10” chocolate mousse cake. No additions, didn’t get it customized. $85 We’ve been ordering cakes here for a long time. That same cake use to be $65. It’s always more mousse than actual cake. Go to Martha’s. Taste better and cost less.
