First time customer, no real outstanding reason that I would want to come back. Ill start by saying the Maitre D was the most helpful person ive ever had a restaurant before. The Atmosphere is very nice especially for Christmas time, however it was pretty dark in there, pretty hard to clearly see how the food really looked without using a phone flashlight. The lamb lollipops were great, as well as the potatoes that came with it. I just wish they had an option for Lamb Lollipops as a Main Entree and not only an appetizer. Stopped by Assembly for a late-night dinner. The service was excellent. Our host and waitress were really kind, patient, and super attentive. Food came out fast, which we appreciated. The prices also weren’t too bad. We ordered the BBQ chicken pizza, buffalo chicken mac and cheese, and garlic parmesan tenders. The pizza was cheesy in the best way, but still had a solid BBQ flavor. The mac and cheese was rich and creamy, though the buffalo chicken on top seemed haphazardly thrown on top and lacked that classic buffalo kick. The biggest letdown was the tenders. Small, cozy american restaurant. Always packed. Decent prices. Good was delicious. Steak was flavorful and tender. Orange chicken was delicious with green beans or broccoli. My daughter enjoyed the Mac and cheese with chicken. Cocktails are at another level. Strong and tasteful. The staff was attentive and prompt.

It used to be my go to. I felt safe there eating by myself and the food was good. I came back few months ago and the menu was much smaller and some good items were gone like the bucket of bones that was a perfect protein pair to have with a cold IPA. I found out the restaurant has a new owner. That explains everything Food tasted different Probably a new kitchen crew.
