Before I review anything else about the food or space, let me say that they charge for refillable fountain drinks if you change the drink. Meaning if you order a cola drink and then switch to a root beer on your refill they'll CHARGE YOU FOR 2 DRINKS. There is no signage anywhere that indicates that, and when we were shocked to discover the extra charge they acted like we were crazy and that the idea of being able to switch what we were drinking from the same refillable fountain selection was not the standard! The New IHOP in Quincy MA is beautiful 😍 the settings and atmosphere are very elegant. Sophisticated. Quiet and clean. The food was great! The price was reasonable. Thank you to the server he was very professional 👏 calm voice. He took his time to explain everything and answer our questions.

Very nice clean was surprised but loved the new decor and how clean it was wasn’t very pleased with being seated at a sorry table that can tell wasn’t even wiped once we said something we were moved the food was good and consistent service was ok

Came at like 10:30 and the employees were super chill and nice. There was music playing and the food came out super quick!! Also refilled our drinks without asking ☺️☺️ The server was Paulina! She was super sweet!
