Dropped in for some pho at Pho Countryside did not disappoint. Nice quaint hole in the wall restaurant with delicious Vietnamese cuisine. Our go-to. Clean, well lit with comfortable seating. Service was excellent. Attentive, friendly, courteous and polite. We ordered roasted marinated squad, fresh spring rolls, scallion pancakes for appetizers. Pho, of course, chicken with crispy noodles, beef vermicelli bowl and beef and broccoli. All were absolutely delicious. The perfect comfort foods. Highly recommend. Will definitely return and try the other items on the menu. Pho for sure.

Reading the reviews I was very skeptical about this place. However, to my surprise their Bún bò Huế was actually good. The broth was well made; rich and spicy. The waiter was super friendly as well so cheers to that!

Decent place for quick dinner. Attentive service. For both pho we tried, broth was somewhat lacking, not savory or aromatic, and served not piping hot. -Vermicelli countryside $20.95 grilled beef was tasty. -beef pho $15.95 -seafood pho $16.95 barely any seafood , or even seafood flavor.

I tried their new bò né dish on the menu for $22. It was pretty mediocre. It came with an almost-empty bottle of Chinsu sauce and what felt like maybe $5 worth of actual food. Extra bread was another $2. I still felt very hungry afterward because it seemed like a dollar’s worth of ingredients hastily thrown onto a hot plate. Would I recommend paying $22 for this? Hell no.
