I had such a great experience at this Dunkin’ location and really wanted to highlight the amazing customer service. Christian, who helped me at the drive-thru, was incredibly kind and helpful!! I had placed a mobile order, and when I got to the window, they didn’t have one of the items I ordered. Instead of just brushing it off, he went out of his way to help me find a good substitution and made sure I was happy with it. He was very polite, welcoming, and just genuinely sweet. You can tell he really cares about customers having a good experience. He even told me about the fruit punch flavor D

I knew this place was going to bussin when the drive thru was way out in the street, they was out of my fav dunkalatte so I had settled for a banana shaken expresso and black pepper bacon … now chile when I tell u I want black pepper brown sugar bacon this is what I want had the perfect amount of both on the bacon the bacon was crispy and crunchy now they was also outta straws (but bay- bayyyy that bacon hit the spot and was soooooo goood !!! ) when I say it’s ok it’s cause the service was excellent,nice and super fast I don’t mind I get it things happen and cause of good communication,a nice

dunkin yall call this bacon topped more like lightly sprinkled im so tired of this dunkin over here on south saunders food be nasty and uncared for and donuts be bricks and rocks just go to starbucks they're 5 minutes from them ridiculous

Stopped in to get dounts at Dunkin Dounts at 3:28 pm only to find little to no Dounts. I asked where the dounts where? Where they about to close? The saff said it was first come first serve on dounts. They are only allowed to make 2 batches a day. And then said they close at 8:00 pm so they have no dounts for atleast 5 hours!? They said that's how it has always been there.staff was nice. The building is in need of repairs. Please do better Dunkin. I guess we can drop the Dounts from the name...
