We haven’t been coming to this location or any Cava at all because of negative experiences with the product and staff, but she totally turned our opinion and experience around. I had a pretty frustrating experience at CAVA. I placed an online order for 4:45 pickup and got there around 5, but my order was already given to someone else by mistake. I get that things happen, but there was no real apology, just that they could remake it. I had clearly put in my order that the sauce should be on the side, but when they remade it, it was already drizzled on the salad.
