I had a very bad experience with Vons Manager Carlos at Black Mtn Rd this morning. 4/26/26. I wanted to return frozen salmon that was bad. He told me that he could not return it (in a very rude and condescending way) since I did not return it right away. I bought many packages and just started using it recently. He really was a jerk and should not be working with customers. I shopped at the store for over 30 years and was a very loyal customer. Not anymore! I then returned it to Vons Camino Del Sur (just a few minutes away from the old Vons) and Randy the Manager was fantastic - friendly

Vons pick up always does really bad with the produce every single week. Also want to add, they will remove items from your order without confirming. There is no online cancelation if they do this. I’ve canceled my grocery pick up membership as they’ve causes more inconvenience than convenience. Forget requesting a refund, it’s been 5 days since I requested a refund for items I did not receive. The associate said that I would. Still nothing.

I used to frequent this Vons haven’t been in a while so I had picked up a UBER EATS order so I come here for a pick up and I show a tall women she seems very healthy and kinda tall black hair anyway She tells me repeatedly go get a cart go get a cart verbatim I get a cart go to the back because a associate with her tells me it’s okay to get the groceries directly she barks at me and says go there go there… She seemed kinda rude and sarcastic I won’t be coming back here to shop. I recommend not going here.

Pharmacists are great. I get my meds here regularly but ever since the store put in cattle guards at the entrance/exit, I consider changing pharmacies just to not have to navigate the weird exit situation. I check out at the pharmacy and there’s no clear way to leave; Both store exits are labeled “do not exit alarm will sound” so your only options are to scootch past people in the checkout line or just sound the alarm. Sometimes I leave through the nono doors and get either a strong side eye or a full confrontation by an employee. All I want is my meds, folks.
