Absolutely terrible experience at Dunkin. I ordered loaded hash browns with NO cheese because I specifically asked for it, and they still put cheese on it. On top of that, they completely forgot the bacon too. How do you mess up a simple order that badly? Waste of money and really disappointing service. Also the server was REALLY bad at taking orders. The whole order was wrong even though it was extremely simple. It honestly feels like nobody checked the order before handing it out. Paying full price for food you can’t even eat the way you asked for is ridiculous. Really disappointing service

The only thing i don’t like is the food, it’s very dry, they make my sandwich sloppy sometimes, and the bacon is wayy to crispy and hard, it’s like they barely eve cooked it. Other then that, the donuts are really good, but overall i would not ever wanna go to this place again

I normally do not leave negative reviews, but this location consistently provides poor customer service, and at this point it needs to be said. The staff regularly rushes customers through the line in an unprofessional and impatient manner. Asking for basic items like napkins feels like an inconvenience, and on more than one occasion I’ve had difficulty getting proper change. The overall attitude comes across as dismissive and unfriendly rather than customer-focused. The older Indian lady cashier is the rudest human I’ve ever encountered. The donuts are not fresh atleast the glazed that I order and this last visit a long strand of hair was hanging from under the lid of the cup. It’s repulsive. Save yourself the hassle and do to the newtown location or farther up liberty road
