I visited Pho So 1 to try pho for the first time and they did not disappoint! My boyfriend eats here regularly and I look forward to doing the same. We got the Phở Gà Rau Cải (chicken noodle soup with vegetable and shredded chicken) and it was absolutely delicious! It was steaming hot which was perfect for the chilly rainy day. I liked that we got to customize our bowl by adding bean sprouts, chili oil, hot sauce, lime, etc provided to us at the table. Came here on Friday. Bustling place but the food still came out really quickly! I got the Bo Bun Hue. It was delicious. Their’s didn’t have any sweet notes, just savory. There was a generous amount of garnish (beansprouts, lime, cabbage, basil).
