I have to give a huge shoutout to Viva Chicken. I’ve been feeling pretty sick, and their soup was literally the only thing I could eat—and it was AMAZING. I ended up getting it twice in one day because it was that good. The broth was so flavorful and comforting, and everything tasted fresh and perfectly seasoned. It honestly made me feel a little better with every bite. Also, the 2nd go round, I got the herbal limeade and it was so refreshing and flavorful! Service was very friendly and efficient. Richard who took our order was excellent. However the food lacked flavor. The tacu bowl lacked flavor and the chicken was dry. I added some of the sauces which helped tremendously but still wasn't great. The quarter chicken was excellent. Great flavor and moist. But the fried rice was kind of bland and dry and the corn salad wasn't very good either. The corn lacked a crispness that you would expect from corn.
