Went through drive through. Ordered a crunchwrap supreme and she said "no tomatoes, right?" I said tomatoes are fine. Got home and the crunchwrap literally had no meat, no sour cream and no hard shell. Called for replacement and she asked when I'd be coming to get it. I said not today I have to work and can't get away again. She said" I don't know if they'll understand that but I'll let them know. " uh, what? Frequently have things missing or wrong at this location.

Ordered through the drive-thru heading to my grandmas with only me there until the end of my order. I got to my grandmas and a meal was missing. I called and was told to come back for it and they'd do something to correct the wrong. I had drove the 30 minutes back (we came from Box Elder) and got the food. I know food gets cold driving that far, no problem there. When I got back, my tacos were hard. They were chalupas and a soft shell. Haven’t been here in a while, took a risk tonight and remembered why. Pretty gross experience. Tossed it in the trash. Cold food that’s been sitting around, hardly any meat in the tacos, maybe a tablespoon at best. Soft shell was hard and crunchy like it sat out all day. I tried the cheddar fries and they were soggy and cold, ordered a large and got maybe half the amount you should, again, disgusting. No sauce but got a million napkins. Went through the drive-through and Spencer was a phenomenal associate with excellent customer service and a pleasant vibe about him. I drive almost 3 miles further from a Taco Bell on the west side just to experience the service I get at the Mount Rushmore Taco Bell in Rapid City. Being someone who ran a Hardee’s that was 24 hours for many years myself, it’s good to see people like Spencer still giving good customer service with A positive And caring attitude!!
