Customer service was excellent. Catfish and nuggets tasted fresh but had no seasonings on it. I even requested seasoning. I always order the same thing so I know I ordered 1lb nuggets but I received 1/2lb.

Got a 10pc fried chicken wings. The meat inside tasted and smelt spoiled. I have managed restaurants for 20 years now and usually can tell if the chicken was spoiled before being cooked. Coleslaw was the best thing there. Fried pickles breading was basically all cracked open and flavorless.

We visited for lunch on their third day open. We were greeted warmly as we walked in. Dine in seating is limited. It seems to be set up more for carry out. It got pretty busy as we waited for our food to be freshly prepared. They have an extensive menu of several fish choices, livers, gizzards, chicken, burgers, shrimp and even a steak. Multiple sides and desserts also available. They offer catering options as well. We ordered a variety, including catfish, chicken livers, jumbo shrimp, and hush puppies. I ordered online half and half chicken and fish. When I got there they sprinkled spicy and lemon pepper seasoning all over my food then tell me there is nothing they can do about it. Argued with me when I said I didn’t want any seasoning at all said there is NOTHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT!! Sad that they wouldn’t even make another batch for their customers from their mistake. Crazy thing is you don’t see your food until you pay for it.
