This Pizza Huy helped me out a lot! I ordered 5 pizza online the night before to have it ready. (I wanted to celebrate the end of the year with my class.) Despite having a confirmation number and a pic of the order, they did not have evidence of my order. The manager quickly jumped into gear and made 5 pizzas in 20 min! I was so grateful. Thank you!!

We organized an event and called three hours ahead to place our order, ensuring it would be ready upon our arrival. However, when we arrived, we weren't even greeted at the door. After trying to get an employee's attention while they were preoccupied with their cell phone, I provided my name. I waited patiently for 15 minutes before inquiring about my order. After 30 minutes of being overlooked, I requested a refund due to the service. Unfortunately, I was made to wait an additional 10 minutes, only to be told that they wouldn't return my money.
