Late in the evening, it wasn't too busy. It's a small shop, with tight seating. The table wasn't wiped down very well. Service was fine. Food was not great. The burger patties are pressed soo thin, they're burnt and dry. I prefer a juicy burger, and that was not it. The shakes were actually really good, I'd go back for those alone. Any and every extra thing costs. Even the fry sauce, of which they give a tiny little cup. Only available condiment is ketchup, and our table didn't even have a bottle. My favorite hole-in-the-wall restaurant to grab a smash burger, and some always served fresh and hot fries. They will likely remember your name if you come back a few times. The burgers are best served with the “Works” on the bun. Simply beautifully crafted burgers. Sit inside or on the shaded patio. Busy always at lunchtime. A place all the locals go for a great meal.

I don't often give a lot of reviews, and I don't mean to criticize. However, I saw the reviews and I love things nostalgic, as such I was compelled to pay a visit. On the positive side, I do think it's a very cute place, it certainly falls into the nostalgic category. The staff was friendly and the food arrived quickly. I ordered the Double Damn Burger (with cheese) and order of fries, and a chocolate peanut butter shake.
