I dined in at Jack in the Box - 800 E Cypress Ave on Christmas Day, and overall I’m giving this three stars, mainly because the service itself was good, especially considering how understaffed they appeared to be. From what I could tell, there were only about three employees total, and despite that, the staff were polite and did their best. There was a mistake on my order and the manager on duty. It look like jumps right on top of it right away. Solve the problem, fix it and upgraded my fries for it. Really appreciate the customer service. I really wish I had her name saved. I didn't have anything to write it down on but she did an amazing job and made me enjoy the experience. The only thing I was really disappointed about was the soda machine was not stalked fully with a lot of different beverages. It was very limited. Other than that it was a good experience overall. Don’t understand the kiosk. All I wanted was an iced tea and I only had cash. The young man with the headphones on rolled his eyes and didn’t wanna wait on me. Very rude to every person that didn’t want to use the kiosk. Why are we walking inside to get food and get such rude service? This was the Jack-in-the-Box in Dunnigan on Sunday at 12:45 PM.

This place is an absolute joke. I am a doordasher and stood there for 15 minutes before anybody acknowledged that I was there. When I I vocaled my opinion to another customer, they did not like that and got hostile. I highly recommend not ordering your food here if possible as you will wait and get your food cold. The employees are useless and absolutely rude! James
