I visited the Arby’s on Inkster Road in Redford on Thursday night around 10:00 PM. When I arrived, I was told there would be approximately a 40-minute wait for a roast beef sandwich, so I decided to order a chicken sandwich instead. Unfortunately, the chicken sandwich I received appeared to be old and had clearly been sitting for some time. The chicken was dry, and the bun was hard and stale. The manager here is DISGUSTING in how she talks to people . They messed up my order which was for 2 ppl I called very politely to ask what they could do since I JUST left them and had no receipt since she didn’t give it to me. I call them first girl was very nice but then she handed me to the manager and this grown woman was sitting here telling me over and over refusing to help me refusing to see if my receipt was still right there , telling me “you have no argument ig u hVe no receipt “ I’m like who are you talking to you’re being rude to me for telling you that I’m not upset but I’m missing

A favorite place for different fast food meal...a change front the usual burgers and whatnot. On this visit, I tried their King's Hawaiian Fish sandwich. I have gotten their regular crispy fish in the past and it was lackluster - not really crispy and the bun didn't hold up. The King's Hawaiian is different: the bun is more robust and the addition of cheese and tomato gives it a bit of a bump. The fish this time tasted great, really flaky with a bit of sweetness and complimented by the tartar sauce. This new fish sandwich is a better balance. Shame on me to continue to spend money at this Arby’s. Staff is friendly, but when your food is always wrong and items are forgotten it’s infuriating. I hope others have a better experience.
