I came here today with my mother and I had a great time!!😄💖✨️ The person who took our orders was really kind and patient!!🥰🎀💕 I ordered the berry acai refresher with oatmilk and cold foam and it is SO GOODDDD!!!😋🩷 And omg the guy who had taken our orders made our drinks SO FASTTT!!!😵‍💫 It was awesome lol. I came here today with my family and I did not have a good experience. I ordered ice cream and the woman who took out order had a very monotone voice and did not care to speak up when asked to repeat herself. I thought that that was rude but we went on to order the rest of what we wanted. So we get to the window and this woman with a black hijab gives us our stuff. I remembered her because a month or so ago when she took our orders, she was really rude. Nothing changed with her unfortunately. She made things really difficult for us as she didn't want to re read our order. She did but she still

I suppose I am due for an updated review since the name on Google has changed. Unfortunately they may have changed it from Baskin Robbin to Dunkin’ but this location is still a mess. They are still always out of something on arrival leaving patronizing this location a crap shoot. Like literally basic items too, i.e.: milk, rainbow sorbet, glazed donuts, etc. Some days the workers seem to care, others they don’t. Overall just avoid the havoc and be thankful you can no longer visit their even worse sister store location that was just before Five Mile on Telegraph where Savvy Sliders now occupies

I would normally rate dunkin donuts higher but, i asked for a bagel with cream cheese NOT toasted and they toasted it. So badly in fact that it was half charred/burnt but my donuts were phenomenal! I had to wait a long time to even be served and a line formed as they took care of drive through but that explains my rating.
