If I could give this place negative stars I would I highly recommend going to another location as this one can never figure it out. Ordered a Frozen coffee, 12 bagels, 2 sandwhiches and it was a mess. First the lady rudely handed me my coffee and it was made completely incorrect and then said she will remake it. She never did. I sat there for 25+ minutes and finally someone came and asked what I needed. They then said they can’t remake it no one knows how yet. They let me sit there for 30+ minutes by this point and now my sandwiches are cold. And I get home and there’s only 11 bagels not 12. E

I made the mistake of asking for light garlic aioli but I guess that was an employees funny opportunity to completely drench it with the sauce and make it inedible! Barely been an hour and the whole sandwich was soaked. The bag also had a bunch of mayonnaise all over it, I should’ve known. I will be asking for a refund as soon as I can. When I say this sandwich was drenched in garlic aioli I’m not exaggerating! These employees don’t take kindly to small modifications. Keeping this for a record with my bank.

The food is usually correct, but the service is so slow. It should not take 40 minutes to an hour to prepare a salad and sandwich. It’s not just during the lunch rush either. I came in at 5pm on a Sunday and it took 40 minutes to get our food. When I walked in, there was nobody else inside, but after 10-20 minutes there were a bunch of people hovering around the counter waiting for their food. We all waited 40 plus minutes.

This location is the best. The employees are very friendly and helpful. We were there a late evening doing work, and had the potato soup (delicious!) and the chili (equally delicious). We were there almost till closing time, but everyone was very helpful. Skii especially went out of her way to help us, and we felt so welcome. Thank you for another great experience!
