We were on a mission to find the best french fries in Redlands for my daughter, and after a quick search, Burgertown USA popped up as a top contender. Since we had never been before, we decided to walk in and give them a try—and I am so glad we did! The experience was incredible from the moment we stepped inside. The lady behind the counter was absolutely amazing and made us feel so welcome. As for the food, the cook in the back nailed it; the fries were exactly what we were hoping for—perfectly cooked and served in a very generous portion. What truly blew us away was the owner’s hospitality.

The burger itself was decent, but the rest of the meal suffered from a severe lack of quality control. I ordered the lettuce on the side, which turned out to be a necessity; it was served completely wilted, translucent, and soggy. Serving produce in that condition is a major health and quality concern. Additionally, the fries were overcooked to the point of being burnt. To top it off, the regular Coca-Cola tasted heavily diluted or replaced with Coke Zero, suggesting that the fountain mix is either calibrated incorrectly or being cut to save on costs. Their fried zucchini and ranch is the best around! Huge portions! I love that they have the little sport chilies the eat with your burgers! My mom and I shared a bacon burger, my 17 year old got the California burger combo, and all 3 of us shared one order zucchini and had some of the fries from the combo meal. We still had so many fries and zucchini after we were all full!

The burger 🍔 was delicious. I added bacon and a fried egg. Definitely recommend this for a hamburger! Staff was nice and welcoming. Definitely will return.
