I came here yesterday and order a Ice caramelMacchiato tasted terrible, tasted like the .Espresso was burnt.There was coffee grinds in the bottom of my cup i never take my drink back but I ask the lady about it. And she remade me one, but it had the same thing tasted terrible. Never drink it. I've been coming to coffee bean for years and years every time I'm out of town I go to coffee bean. I placed a mobile order and when i came in there were a few people but it honestly wasnt very busy it had been like 20 minutes since my mobile order which was only 1 small drink was placed so i let the chunky white girl with black hair and a lip peircing know i had a mobile order and she rudely said they would call it out when its ready i waited a few more minutes and she just threw it on the counter and didnt even call the order out. This was after the small rush they had and i was very nice and understanding and she was incredibly rude and gave me a very dirty look. I believe her name was me
