Had dinner on a Saturday. Solid, though unremarkable. FOOD: 4.0. Solid - 3.5: Buratta Cheese appetizer. A bit too much vinegar for me. Toast was excellent. - 4.5: Butternut Squash soup. Very nice. - 4.0: "Sages Homemade Gnocchi". Very good, but not as good as I remember. - 4.0: Creme Brulee. Typical cold-creme brulee served in a cup with a a few fresh berries and a sprig of mint. SERVICE: 4.0. Attentive, prompt, and well-coordinated among the staff. We really enjoyed our meal at Sages in Redmond. The Wife’s Favorite pasta and the cheese ravioli were both comforting, flavorful, and pleasantly easy on the stomach. Everything felt satisfying without being too rich or heavy. We also tried the dessert sampler with three pastries, which was a perfect way to end the meal. Overall, it felt like a warm and relaxed place for a very enjoyable dinner.

Sages in Redmond is easily one of the best Italian places I’ve tried in the area. The pastas are excellent, and the pink sauce is amazing and full of flavor. Everything tasted fresh and well cooked, and the portions were satisfying. The service was great, and the staff was really accommodating and friendly, which made the experience even better.
