I was in Redmond and happened to stumble this place in the very same shopping center that I was at, and seeing those great reviews I decided to give it a try. The place looks like a decent casual eatery, and excited to their chicken shawarma plate based on their recommendation. Sadly, the food fell short of my expectations, tasted pretty meh, and lacked flavors in a Mediterranean restaurant. The hummus tasted okay, but the chicken and the rice didn’t cut it for me atleast. Also, I do think it’s pricey for what they’ve offered. The service is decent but got no reason to go back again!

Food was very average and overpriced. The lamb and hummus tasted fine while the salad was not fresh at all. Combined with the unwelcoming staff this place deserves no more than 2 stars. The lady in the front slammed the plate down and ignored me when thanked her.

Very good lamb wrap and the service was great. Highly recommend going to Sahara for a quick and easy lunch. I’m from Florida and I felt at home with the music playing. Looking forward to trying different things as well the menu has tons of options.

After a 12-hour workday, I called the restaurant on my way home to place an order. I called three times no answer the first time, the second call was hung up on right after I said hello, and the third was finally picked up as it was going to voicemail. I tried to order a chicken gyro and clearly explained that I’m allergic to onions and tomatoes, but that they could substitute other vegetables like olives or turnips. Instead of acknowledging this, the staff repeatedly asked whether I wanted my gyro with rice, chips, or as a sandwich, and then hung up on me. When I arrived, I saw only two emplo
