This was my first time dining at the Uzbek restaurant Marakand, and since I had never tried Uzbek cuisine before, I wasn’t sure what to order. Our server, Ikrom, was incredibly helpful and friendly. I asked him for recommendations, and he suggested their most popular dishes: the Plov (one portion) and the LG dumplings, also known as manti in Uzbek. I've walked past this place many times but never knew what kind of restaurant it was. Today I finally tried it with our family, and it completely blew us away — a true hidden gem!
