Big Nick's Joint is a gem! The food was absolutely delicious, packed with flavor, and served fresh. The portions were generous, giving great value for the price. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The atmosphere was comfortable and inviting, making it a great place to enjoy a meal. Everything I ordered exceeded my expectations, and I can see why so many people keep coming back. I highly recommend Big Nick's Joint to anyone looking for great food and excellent service. Everything that we ordered was great!!! It satisfied all of my birthday cravings! Even on a busy Saturday night they were able to service my party of 8 in less than an our and we all order apps, entrees and drinks. Our server was nice and friendly. Great price point for the amount of food we received but we still don’t understand why we had to pay a “Late Night Gratuity”. This is something we never heard of before (at any other restaurant).

First time visit We asked for a booth seat & hostess found us one. Asia our server was delayed getting our drink order due to retrieving another tables food from the kitchen. Big Nick introduced himself to our table. Our food had mixed reviews. Pork chops were delicious, baked beans tasty but corn bread was dry & sweet potato souffle was good but room temperature. Catfish nuggets were delicious, great tartar sauce too. The three meat choice- ribs, 1/4 chicken & brisket portions were fine. Cole slaw was delicious. The crowd began to fill with it being a Friday night.

Customer service was great the the Cajun salmon and pasta was delicious. The soul food egg rolls were a little salty for my liking. Ribs were nice and tender. I tried their barbecue sauce I prefer sweeter sauces than what it was but it wasn't bad. Overall, I definitely will go back and try something else if I'm in the area. I'm from Tallahassee and happen to be in Valdosta handling business for a day and decided to stop by and give them a try.
