Better than any other fasy food place. Servers are a always kind and helpful. Food is great compared to other fast good. Chicken is seasoned just right. Even the cookies are really good! Its not fancy, but its clean. Its not health food, but its filling. Run well!

Ok so I had a kind of concerning experience at the Baytree Road location of Zacadoo’s on February 20 around 4 in the afternoon. (Already emailed the address listed on the receipt, too.) I ordered a BLT sandwich, two large sweet teas, and a large cheddar round. When placing my order, I *specifically* asked for hot, fresh cheddar rounds and *clearly* told the man that I would wait/pull forward/whatever it took to make sure they were fresh and hot. Found about 5 pieces of long hair hair all in my chicken and rice bowl, and last 3 times I've been there they forgot some of my ordered. From one of the best fast food places a few years back to the worst restaurant in valdosta, id rather eat the circle k sushi

Disgusting! Food has gone wayyyy downhill since I used to come years ago. I went in the morning 05/08/25 and ordered the pancakes and I thought they tasted weird but was running late to work. I look down and there is MOLD on the pancake. I called and the manager offered at first another pancake meal but ultimately offered to refund my card and give another meal but I am not coming back to eat here. This place needs a serious inspection by the GA health department or to be shut down altogether. I would not want anyone I love coming here and getting sick and way too many people have complained.
