A shout out for 3 employees I see often: Renselaer is one of my main Dunkin stops. I get refresher drinks, and I order refreshers with less concentrate due to a heart rhythm issue so I need less caffeine in drinks for this health reason. The new kids working the drivethru (I don't know their names, I've seen them during the evening times. Service at Drive thru was pretty bad. She rushed us for an order and then got it wrong. I asked for oat milk espresso with cinnamon. I got almond milk and coffee milk in it with no cinnamon. Why are they trying to make me sick? Stomach cramps half the night and I only had a few sips of it. Tried to call and they don't answer the phone voicemail was full so Im not the only one calling to complain obviously.
