I felt the need to give this place the 5-star review they deserve. My orders here are always fresh and served in good time. Tonight I witnessed something all too common and absolutely unacceptable, and I felt the need to include a little PSA. A lady was served her food which she took no time to examine before accusing the employee of her fries being old. The employee politely informed the woman that she just pulled them from the fryer, to which the woman responded "you have no right to talk to a customer like that" and demanded to talk to a manager and get her meal refunded. Updated review: I’ve been the Arby’s twice since the past review and have been very pleased with the customer service. I came in one time for a catering order and had forgot to confirm it with they manager so they didn’t have it ready. Totally my fault but they were kind and got the order for 27 people ready with in 10 minutes. It was amazing!! I went just this weekend and over heard a customer expressing how “upset” he was to one of the staff. I was surprised and impressed by the staff member, Camryn and her response to the customer. This is a great location with good service and the food came out hot and fresh. Sometimes Arby's can be hit or miss with how their fries come out and this one dosent miss. The food comes out hot and they are accurate with their delivery which makes it easier when you are trying to manage a car full of crazy kids.

This is the place This is one of the best Arby’s I’ve been too and from this experience thus far this was the best fast food restaurant in rexburg. Amazing food and while it seems expensive you get a lot of bang for your buck. Finally in side the restaurant it’s self it is super peace full and comfortable. 10/10 would recommend.
