Went on a Saturday afternoon & it was quiet. Girl at the counter was friendly & knowledgeable. Nice to not be rushed to decide. We placed our order & it came quickly - Brown Sugar, Taro Heaven, & Mangonada. Bobas & jellies were perfectly cooked! Flavors were really good - it was our 1st time there, so we didn’t know to ask for a higher sugar level (they were all lacking a little). Note: the Mangonada has Tajin seasoning, which was STONG but good. Just needed a little more sugar to balance the saltiness. Next time we’ll ask for more sugar & less ice. "okay price for an okay drink, the pearls are not that great, drink is a bit too sweet" - my wife I would say that out of the boba options around here it's not too bad. A few times I went they were out of the taro milk tea. Also, they used to have Polaroids on the walls which was cool. But it's not all bad. They drinks are good in general and the staff is very friendly. Never had a problem with parking, and the drinks don't take too long to be ready.

Usually super amazing, never any issues. but this bummed me out (steel scrubber/scouter string) especially for being an $11 drink. Please double check your products, and quality control. I know you guys are amazing and have always had great service in the past, so I just want y'all to keep meeting those expectations.
