This is honestly some of the best bread I’ve ever had. Here is absolutely worth the wait. Every time I’ve gone there’s been a line, but it moves surprisingly fast. The staff have also been consistently friendly each time I visit. The Sunday cheeseburger is fantastic — if you enjoy a strong, beefy flavor, you’ll probably love it even more. Personally, I think it would be even better with tomato and lettuce added, or with a bit more pickle for balance. This is hands-down my favorite bakery in Atlanta! I love that they use 100% organic flour sourced from local mills for all their breads and pastries — everything is made from scratch daily, and you can really taste the difference. They’re all super high quality and delicious… my one (gentle) critique is most things could use a bit of salt to bring out the flavors… I’m looking at you cardamom twist and ham and cheese croissant! I finally made it to Evergreen! The pork and duck puff was mind blowing! The oxtail was ok, it was a little too dense. The almond pastry was delicious. The place is cool with some high end meat cuts. They have a few tables outside. Service was great and fast.
