From start to finish, this dining experience was exceptional. My husband and I has a date night in one of the igloos last weekend and it felt like a winter wonderland. The igloo itself was high quality, warm, and cozy. We got our own bluetooth speaker inside so played our own playlist making it more special and intimate. We started with drinks, and every single one was spot-on: a perfectly balanced Old Fashioned, a rich and smooth Espresso Martini, and we shared a bottle of red wine that paired beautifully with our meal. Food was very good and I would recommend this restaurant to anyone in Wausau. That said, to provide some constructive criticism if anyone cares.... cheese sauce on the Smoke Plate appetizer was grainy, everything was was good on the plate though. The Half Chicken was meh, this and leg were good but breast was very dry and the blueberry sauce was not great. I will try something else next time. The chairs are very small and tight, need more comfortable chairs when not everyone can sit in a booth. The cheese curds were phenomenal and I'd wager the best I've ever had and I've tried a lot of places

A personal favorite of mine. They are a great upscale option for Wausau. I've been a regular for years and always recommended it to friends. An elevated farm to table vibe with hearty recipes. Always yummy and the staff are fantastic. While it's not always perfect, they are quick to fix any issues.
