I really wanted tomato basil soup with grilled cheese. I placed my order online and I got pasta instead. Very disappointed as I was unable to go back. I called to tell them and I was placed on hold for over 7 mins so I hung up and called back. Second time no one answered. I left a voicemail for the manager. We will see if they call me back. Terrible!

The omelet was very good, friendly staff, hot tea assortment was great! As I observed going to get ice, it looked like the hot coffees and iced tea options looked appealing. The only thing we didn’t like was that it was freezing cold in the restaurant and even another customer as I was leaving mentioned it to me sooo jackets or sweater is recommended it was way too cold on the thermostat.

I really hate to leave bad reviews for restaurants but on occasion I will, and particularly as consumers are being raked over the coals on prices I am more and more willing to do so. We have ordered from this location for YEARS and previously a different one before we moved here. My wife and I almost always get the same dish. We have seen the quality go from variable and occasionally good, to terrible on occasion, to really terrible recently on more than a few occasions. I could not believe the shape of this place. Every table, even outside had dishes on it. The bread was empty and jam was smeared everywhere. It was absolutely disgusting
