I’m big on Mediterranean food and this place reminded me of one of my favorite gyro spots back home in Minneapolis. The first night I got the chicken shawarma with fries and cleaned the whole plate super fresh and flavorful. I came back again before flying out and they actually recognized me and welcomed me back by name, which was pretty cool. Second visit I tried the chicken bowl and it was just as good. Man it did not disappoint - the service was great and they accommodated me and did a lamb/beef and chicken shawarma. Right off the bat, the shawarma not only looked amazing but the fries were perfectly crisp and seasoned. After eating, I feel, my 10 year hunt for the best shawarma finally happened with Medina’s. We will for sure be back to try some of their other items like Lamb Chops over rice, burgers, philly cheesesteaks etc.

I got the beef/lamb platter for $13 and it was very flavorful and balanced. Huge bed of rice underneath everything, the meat were in sizeable cubes and not crumbled or in strips, and plenty of veg and white/red sauce on the side!
