I love the Rainforest Cafe. I came once as a kid, then not for years and years. I've been to two in the last two years, and they totally hold up. I might like them even better as an adult. So many places like this have closed, or scaled back, opting for a streamlined boring corporate aesthetic. And Rainforest Cafe isn't immune; some have not survived. But those that have continue to be unapologetically kitschy and I appreciate that so much. Our server Kaitlyn was absolutely amazing! Friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout our visit. Drinks were always refilled, food arrived promptly, and they had a great attitude the entire time. They went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. Outstanding customer service and definitely a big reason we’ll be coming back. Highly recommend!

I have never been to the new location up on the 3rd floor. It looks close to the same but they dialed down the mist a lot. Lol. They were late on our reservation by 10 minutes. When we sat down the waiter was great out the gate. His name was Daniel. Its so load in there that it was hard to hear him talk but we got order in. You have a talk really load to address the other members of our dinning party but its ok since its kind of for kids and not for business. Lol. I just had dinner here and honestly, it was such a fun experience — the kind you don’t forget after just a mall meal! From the moment you walk in, it feels like you’re stepping into a playful jungle. The animatronic animals, jungle sounds, and periodic thunderstorm moments made the whole dinner feel more like an adventure than just eating out.
