Always loved going to TiiCup, I've been to every location. I was told at the Richfield location today that they no longer do stamp cards. The employee was unclear explaining it to me. She said you can only get the stamp from ordering online? When we asked if this was with all locations. She said no. Make it make sense. What a bad business model if you're not consistent with every shop. I still enjoy the Bubble tea. The popcorn chicken is hit or miss at this location. Usually order cajun. Pretty decent selection of bobo teas and lots of options flavors and dairy free milk if you're a vegan. The taste of the tea itself was pretty average and there are other spots in Twin cities where you could savor more authentic tea flavors. Average menu selection for side snacks, nothing too appealing. Indoor decor of swings is fairly uniquely done!

I love this location because it’s usually quiet. The employees are very good at making sure my orders are prepared exactly the way I asked, and the wait time is always worthwhile. Occasionally, it does get very busy, but the staff usually handles it well. I especially recommend the street food, such as the tofu square, just keep in mind that it may take a while, as they make it fresh.
