I've ordered from here on Doordash 5 times in the last 2 weeks! Its just THAT GOOD. I get the steak hibachi and add mushrooms and shrimp. Sooo good every single time and the veggies which are zucchini and onions, are always nice and fresh. Also the portion size is very large and enough to eat on a couple of times.

This is not a bad review. I was looking for a quick hibachi fix and I came across this place. The food was average, order to go spot right in the heart of VCU. I ordered steak and added chicken. We'll, their steak is more of steak n gravy and not hibachi style.🤷🏾‍♀️ That's pretty much all I have time say about it.

The portions at Hibachi Box are quite generous! I'm glad they give you the option of both rice and noodles in your platter. Usually at other restaurants I would want a little of both, but have pay extra. The Shrimp and steak are cooked well and are tasty for a quick bite to eat. I'm not a fan of the ginger dressing for the salad, but it's okay. Not sure what's missing in it. All that being said, it's a great place to eat and I will be here again.

Great restaurant overall. The food was absolutely phenomenal and they give you so much food for the price. The average meal is about $10. Minus one star because the tables were not cleaned. Nothing against the food. I'm definitely coming back.
