Not this locations fault, but although I can use my app to order, my "account is suspended" with no reason given so I can't contact support when needed and there's no way to get help unsuspending it SINCE I CANT CONTACT ANYONE. This location has polite staff, very reasonable wait times, and the foods always been fresh(at least since I started giving them another chance. 2010 was so bad I didn't return till 2025...). 4☆ for THIS location. -5☆ for BK as a company.

This place is a complete disgusting joke! The employees INCLUDING THE MANAGER use profanity with no regard for the customers, including young children. While we were there we witnessed the employees giving some homeless large cups and allowing them to just sit inside loitering, (we witness what we counted 5 cups then just stopped counting) while the paying customers have to deal with the stench and disgusting habits. A hopeless man came and sat in a booth behind our family and he was scratching his scalp and stuff was falling off his head, I made eye contact with the manager and she just ignor

Waited 30 minutes in the drive thru, finally got to the window and didn't get any sort of apology. Came inside another day, waited over 25 minutes for food. BBQ sauce wasn't even filled half way. They don't always have bad service. It's 50/50 if you're going to receive good service or bad.

Decent meals are far as fast food goes, their slushi drinks are good and they have a 2 for $5 combo on whopper and other sandwiches. 👍
