I've been going there for decades because their donuts are fabulous but the last time I went there I ordered my donuts and didn't check the quality of them before I left the shop. When I got home and pulled the donuts out my apple fritter was hollow inside and squashed flat to about 1/2 in thick. I took it back, showed it to them and asked if I could have a replacement. They flatly refused and asked if I wanted to purchase a new one. When I told him no that I thought he should stand behind his products and give me a replacement free he ignored me and turned to another customer to take their or

Extremely good quality foods, we have tried a lot from them (bagel sandwiches, donuts, pork buns), can say with confidence all are worthy of a try! Their non-donuts really stick out to me, very generous with their fillings as well! ( picture is a #2, cheese egg ham croissant )

Well being new in town, we decided to try the donuts at the few shops out here. Im sorry but these were really bad. The tiny fritter was so tough it was like tearing a piece of jerky off. Not recommending nor going back. Sorry :(
