Their service is slow. I waited at the register for 15 minutes and no employee bothered to help. But their food is good like usual.

Couldn't wait for the new McDonald's to open and went there at 2 pm on a Sunday for a simple order and waited a full 30 minutes before I got out of there. Had to speak sharply to a clerk and ask for a manager as no one was taking counter orders. I have the distinct feeling that there is ZERO management in that kitchen just a bunch of employees struggling to do their best Do NOT got here unless you are doing a drive-in order and if you see a long line of cars, do somewhere else.

This is my neighborhood McDonald's we loved the old one so I was excited for the reopen! The wait for one item in the drive thru and even inside of the restaurant takes over 30 mins! Please do better I'm sitting here in the drive thru line now waiting on my ice tea I haven't even paid yet only ordered.

I’ve been to the reopened location twice. Each time it had taken 20 plus minutes for food . This is fast food. If I wanted to wait this long for my food, I’d actually sit down somewhere. Please get this location and logistics organized. It was ran better when it was the old location. The employees were quick, helpful, and efficient. Do better.
